24/7 Medical Support, Without the Wait
Illness doesn’t check the clock, and now neither does care. Through Evo Everyday & Urgent Care, members and their families get 24/7 access to board-certified medical providers by phone, web, or app — with a diagnosis and, when medically necessary, a prescription. It’s built for the moments a primary care doctor isn’t available: nights, weekends, travel, or just a Tuesday that got away from someone.
Alongside that, Health Advocate Solutions gives members a personal advocate to untangle medical bills, resolve insurance claims, and track down the right specialist — plus a 24/7 nurseline for quick medical questions that don’t need a full visit.
Real Savings on Prescriptions and Care
Prescription costs are one of the most common reasons people delay or skip care altogether. ManifestRx addresses that head-on, giving members access to more than 1,000 maintenance medications through home delivery and 70+ urgent care medications at local pharmacies — often for as little as $0. For everything else, NB Rx extends deep discounts on most prescriptions at 60,000 participating pharmacies nationwide.
The same discount model extends to the services people put off because of cost: diabetic testing supplies, diagnostic imaging like MRIs and CT scans, and hearing aids — all available through pre-negotiated, member-only pricing.
Everyday Discounts That Add Up
Beyond medical care, members now have access to savings on the things that fill out a normal life — contact lenses through NB Contacts, pet medications through NB Pet Rx, and travel discounts through NB Travel that aren’t available to the general public. It’s already part of the plan.
Support for the Whole Person
Not every challenge shows up on a lab report. Through Counseling Services, members can complete a confidential assessment and schedule counseling sessions by phone, video, or in person — with TalkNow available around the clock for anyone who needs guidance right away. Telephonic EAP rounds this out with work/life support for the issues that don’t fit neatly into a benefits category: family conflict, financial stress, eldercare, and more.
